How a deployment works

From one call to a working basecamp

Whether you need trucks through flood water or a basecamp on dry ground, it starts the same way.

  1. Call or send a request

Reach the New Orleans office at (504) 525-7676, or send the form with where you need help and what you need.

  2. Mobilize from the nearest yard

Vehicles and equipment roll out from our staging yards in Gulfport, New Orleans, Lafayette and Lake Charles.

  3. Get through the water

High water trucks reach people cut off by rising flood water with rescue, food and water, fuel and supplies.

  4. Keep the basecamp running

Generator trailers, light towers, sleeping quarters and bathroom, shower and laundry trailers cover shelter, sanitation, laundry and basic necessities.
